In September 1975, the Holanda group was born. One of the most traditional and renowned companies in the Civil Construction of Paraíba. Founded by Aldenor Holanda, Adelaide Holanda and Aldair Holanda, had its first headquarters located in the João Pessoa downtown, on Rua Duque de Caxias. Throughout these 40 years of history, Holanda Group has been undergoing constant transformations and improvements. Currently, the group concentrates its activities in construction, engineering, and development areas. Since the beginning, it has always been guided by pioneering spirit, commitment to deadlines and the constructive quality of its projects, thus becoming a reference in its sector. “We have already delivered more than twenty projects with modern and innovative design, distributed throughout the greater João Pessoa: located in Miramar, Jardim Luna, Tambaú, Intermares, among others. First Vertical Projects
In 1978, Grupo da Holanda starts the construction of vertical buildings, initially with Solar dos Navegantes and then with Solar da Praia, both in the Tambaú neighborhood. Subsequently came a long series of successful projects delivered in several neighborhoods of João Pessoa, success that continues to this day.
